I am SO EXCITED to add to re-think-health this FREE 5 day smoothie challenge! Trust me, this is way more than just 5 days of smoothie recipes! It is packed full of many things that will help you and your family live a healthy life in this busy culture!

Why take the challenge?

  1. The first thing that comes to my mind is CONVENIENCE. With children and busy schedules it is hard to get something together that everyone will like and that’s healthy! We often turn to fast food. Smoothies are so convenient, quick, healthy AND they can be taken on the road! A meal in a bottle!
  2. To begin adding in GOOD HABITS! You can add so many nutritious foods into a blender and even foods that you may not prefer will taste good! When you begin to add in good habits THEN the bad habits will have a good chance to fade away. Starting your kids young so that they will keep it with them for life. Even if they are older there is no time like the present!
  3. TO LEARN about different foods and what nutrients they have that our body needs to give us energy and to maintain health!
  4. ALSO, I will teach 5 ESSENTIAL FOUNDATIONS to having good health that clear up all the noise around us today with the standard American diet.

What to expect.

Once you sign up you will receive an email that will explain all you need to know for the 5 days. Including a shopping list.

  • Each morning for the 5 days you will receive an email that should only take 10min to read through. In each email…
  • I want to teach a bit on what we can do to regain and maintain our health. I will talk about 1 essential foundation each day.
  • This is a smoothie challenge, so yes, each day I will give a tasty smoothie recipe and all you need to make it! Smoothies that my family uses and loves!
  • I will also highlight ingredients in each smoothie to talk about what nutrients they have and how they can specifically help our body!
  • There will be a facebook page set up that you can chat, ask questions and hopefully encourage others!

What you need.

Are you in?!

I believe EVERYTHING you put into your body will either harm you or help you. You have been given all you need to live a healthy life today. Although it is very hard to beat the addiction and convenience of sugar and processed food, it is possible!

Once you start adding in the good habits then the bad can eventually die out. Your body’s cells are starving to receive what they need. It is incredible to see what the body can do once it has what it needs! When you know how good you can feel and how much energy you can have, you won’t want to go back!
